Free Shipping over $300

We ship Canada wide via multiple shipping carriers (Canada Post, Purolator) from Courtenay, British Columbia, Canada. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Shipping cost is determined by the total weight and volume of your order as charged by the shipping carrier.

Expected shipping times displayed at checkout are estimated by the shipping carrier and may or may not come with service delivery guarantees (depending on the selected service). For most shipping carriers, expected shipping times are displayed in business days (ie. does not include Saturday/Sunday). 

The system will calculate the shipping cost of your trackable parcel after you checkout, prior to any payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon payment. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, a second email will include a tracking number for you to track the status of your order.

US Shipping

Unfortunately at this time, we do not provide shipping options for US customers.

Processing Time

Orders will typically be processed between 1-4 business days. In some cases blades will be welded (from in stock coil) to order. If for any reason there will be a delay due to processing time, stock shortages, etc. , we will follow up with the customer with the expected lead time.

Shipping time is determined by your chosen shipping option and shipping destination.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
